ACCOUNTANT

Furthermore, we have an active investment division that explores opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on leisure, residential, and commercial projects in the neighboring countries. The responsibilities of the Accountant include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets.
- Check automotive brands pricing invoices (new & used cars).
- Create, label, transfer, and dispose of company assets in the asset module in the system while ensuring all approvals & supporting documents.
- Prepare audit schedules and arrange them in a timely manner.
- Calculate sales commission, verify overtime, prepare LCs/TT, bank entries, investment schedules, etc.
- Verify all payments related to employee facilities such as phones and other services.
- Coordinate with the process development department for implementing ISO assurance.
- Pass all JVs issues and coordinate monthly payroll variables with Group Personnel & Payroll Departments before and after salary deposits.
- Issue, control, and close petty cash.
- Allocate codes and enter suppliers’ accounts and invoices, and process them for payment to be updated in the system.
- Prepare all related reports and update all financial figures or data into the system.
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Business acumen.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical thinking.
Education:
- University degree, Bachelor of Commerce.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position.

- إنشاء وتصنيف ونقل والتخلص من أصول الشركة في وحدة الأصول في النظام مع ضمان جميع الموافقات والمستندات الداعمة.
- إعداد جداول التدقيق وترتيبها في الوقت المناسب.
- حساب عمولة المبيعات، والتحقق من ساعات العمل الإضافية، وإعداد خطابات الاعتماد/التحويلات، ومدخلات البنوك، وجداول الاستثمار، إلخ.
- التحقق من جميع المدفوعات المتعلقة بمرافق الموظفين مثل الهواتف والخدمات الأخرى.
- التنسيق مع قسم تطوير العمليات لتنفيذ ضمان الجودة ISO.
- تمرير جميع قضايا JV وتنسيق المتغيرات الشهرية للرواتب مع قسم الموارد البشرية والرواتب بالمجموعة قبل وبعد إيداعات الرواتب.
- إصدار والتحكم وإغلاق النقدية الصغيرة.
- تخصيص الأكواد وإدخال حسابات الموردين والفواتير ومعالجتها للدفع ليتم تحديثها في النظام.
- إعداد جميع التقارير ذات الصلة وتحديث جميع الأرقام أو البيانات المالية في النظام.
المعرفة والمهارات المحددة:
- الفطنة التجارية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- إجادة أدوات Microsoft Office.
- التفكير التحليلي.
التعليم:
- درجة جامعية، بكالوريوس تجارة.
الخبرة:
- الحد الأدنى 2 سنوات في نفس الوظيفة.
