Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Gifts Gate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role will involve providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs, offering product recommendations based on their preferences and the occasion.
- Sales: Drive sales by understanding the features and benefits of the products, upselling when appropriate, and reaching individual and store sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including new arrivals, and stay updated on trends and promotions.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store displays, ensuring the shop is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock replenishment, organize merchandise, and assist in inventory counts as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the store runs smoothly, providing support where needed.
- Checkout Process: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in retail or sales roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of gift products, flowers, and market trends.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- خدمة العملاء: الترحيب بالعملاء بحرارة وتحديد احتياجاتهم، وتقديم توصيات المنتج بناءً على تفضيلاتهم والمناسبة.
- المبيعات: تعزيز المبيعات من خلال فهم ميزات وفوائد المنتجات، وعرض المنتجات الإضافية عندما يكون ذلك مناسبًا، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية والمتجر.
- معرفة المنتجات: الاحتفاظ بمعرفة متعمقة بجميع المنتجات، بما في ذلك المنتجات الجديدة، والبقاء على اطلاع بالاتجاهات والعروض الترويجية.
- تجارة العرض المرئية: المساعدة في الحفاظ على عروض المتجر، وضمان أن يكون المتجر نظيفًا ومنظمًا وجذابًا بصريًا.
- إدارة المخزون: المساعدة في تجديد المخزون، وتنظيم البضائع، والمساعدة في عمليات الجرد حسب الحاجة.
- التعاون مع الفريق: العمل بشكل وثيق مع الزملاء لضمان سير المتجر بسلاسة، وتقديم الدعم عند الحاجة.
- عملية الدفع: معالجة المعاملات النقدية وبطاقات الائتمان والخصم بدقة وكفاءة، مع الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء.
- حل الشكاوى: معالجة استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بطريقة مهنية، وتصعيد القضايا إلى الإدارة عند الضرورة.
المؤهلات:
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- خبرة في أدوار البيع بالتجزئة أو المبيعات.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- معرفة بمنتجات الهدايا والزهور واتجاهات السوق.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد في بيئة جماعية.
- الخبرة السابقة في البيع بالتجزئة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس.
