We Are Hiring: KG1, KG2, and Toddlers Teachers

A preschool teacher is responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow and learn. They play a crucial role in the early development of children by creating a safe and engaging space where they can explore their interests, develop social skills, and learn basic academic concepts.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
2. Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
3. Monitor and assess each child's progress, and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
4. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum.
5. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their child's development and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a preschool teacher.
2. Excellent knowledge of child development and early education principles.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young children.

معلم رياض الأطفال مسؤول عن توفير بيئة مفعمة بالرعاية والتحفيز لتنمية الأطفال الصغار وتعليمهم. يلعب المعلم دورًا حاسمًا في التطور المبكر للأطفال من خلال إنشاء مساحة آمنة ومشوقة حيث يمكنهم استكشاف اهتماماتهم، وتطوير مهاراتهم الاجتماعية، وتعلم المفاهيم الأكاديمية الأساسية.

المسؤوليات:
