We’re searching for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and take ownership of crucial financial processes, from vendor payments to month-end reporting. ✅ Responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor payments via checks, electronic transfers, and automated systems.

• Oversee daily banking activities and maintain effective coordination with banks.

• Monitor and manage trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee (LGs).

• Perform accurate month-end closing activities including accruals and reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in accordance with standards and timelines.

• Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.

• Assist in managing insurance policies, declarations, and claims (preferred).

✅ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in accounting and financial operations.

• Deep understanding of vendor payment processes.

• Strong experience in banking operations and trade finance instruments.

• Expertise in month-end closings and financial reporting.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF).

• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Previous experience with external audits.

• Familiarity with insurance-related procedures is a plus.

• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.

✅ المسؤوليات

• إدارة مدفوعات الموردين عن طريق الشيكات والتحويلات الإلكترونية والأنظمة الآلية.

• الإشراف على المعاملات المصرفية اليومية والتنسيق الفعّال مع البنوك.

• مراقبة وإدارة أدوات التمويل التجاري مثل خطابات الاعتماد وخطابات الضمان.

• تنفيذ عمليات الإغلاق الشهري بدقة، بما في ذلك المخصصات والمصالحات.

• إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية وفقاً للمعايير والجداول الزمنية.

• التعاون مع المدققين الخارجيين خلال عمليات التدقيق.

• المساعدة في إدارة وثائق التأمين والإقرارات والمطالبات (يفضل).

✅ المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة والعمليات المالية.

• فهم عميق لعمليات الدفع للموردين.

• خبرة قوية في العمليات المصرفية وأدوات التمويل التجاري.

• خبرة في الإغلاقات الشهرية وإعداد التقارير المالية.

• مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel (PivotTables، VLOOKUP، IF، SUMIF، COUNTIF).

• إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP، ويفضل Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• خبرة سابقة في العمل مع المدققين الخارجيين.

• الإلمام بإجراءات التأمين يُعد ميزة إضافية.

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت.
