Position: Operations Quality Control Engineer

📍 Location: Ardiya, Kuwait

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to monitor, evaluate, and enhance our service quality while identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.

🔧 Job Purpose

To ensure that the company’s operational processes meet defined quality standards and compliance requirements. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and improving process efficiency, service accuracy, and customer satisfaction by identifying the root causes of service failures and implementing corrective actions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.

• Track and analyze KPIs, including:

• On-Time Delivery Rate (OTD)

• First Attempt Delivery Success Rate (FADR)

• Package Damage Rate

• Misroute/Wrong Delivery Rate

• Scanning Accuracy (inbound, sorting, delivery stages)

• Return to Origin (RTO) Ratio

• Lost/Delayed Shipment Incidents & Customer Complaints

• Identify recurring issues and service bottlenecks.

• Support cross-functional reviews and decision-making using data insights.

• Investigate quality failures and operational misconduct.

• Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.

• Monitor effectiveness of solutions and revise SOPs accordingly.

• Recommend enhancements based on audit findings and metrics.

• Assist in SOP development and training for warehouse/delivery teams.

• Conduct training on quality procedures, error prevention, and systems.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Handle additional duties assigned by the direct manager.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Detail-oriented and effective in cross-functional collaboration.

• Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure.

🔧 هدف الوظيفة

ضمان التزام العمليات التشغيلية بمعايير الجودة المحددة والمتطلبات التنظيمية، مع متابعة وتحليل وتحسين كفاءة العمليات ودقة الخدمة ورضا العملاء من خلال تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للإخفاقات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

📌 المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• ضمان الالتزام الكامل بإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة ومعايير السلامة.

• متابعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء، مثل:

• معدل التسليم في الوقت المحدد (OTD)

• معدل نجاح التسليم من المحاولة الأولى (FADR)

• معدل تلف الشحنات

• معدل الأخطاء في التوصيل

• دقة الفحص في جميع مراحل التوصيل

• معدل الإرجاع إلى المرسل (RTO)

• الحوادث المتعلقة بتأخير أو فقد الشحنات وشكاوى العملاء

• تحديد المشكلات المتكررة ونقاط الضعف التشغيلية.

• دعم اتخاذ القرار بناءً على تحليلات البيانات.

• التحقيق في حالات فشل الجودة وسوء السلوك التشغيلي.

• قيادة عمليات الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).

• متابعة فعالية الحلول المنفذة وتحديث الإجراءات حسب الحاجة.

• تقديم تحسينات بناءً على نتائج التدقيق والمؤشرات.

• المساعدة في تطوير إجراءات التشغيل والتدريب.

• إجراء جلسات تدريبية حول الجودة ومنع الأخطاء.

• ضمان الالتزام التام بالصحة والسلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

• تنفيذ المهام الأخرى حسب توجيهات المدير المباشر.

✅ المتطلبات

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال اللوجستيات.

• مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.

• إجادة أدوات تحليل البيانات مثل Excel، Power BI، Tableau.

• مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة.

• دقة في التفاصيل والقدرة على العمل عبر الفرق المختلفة.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي بيئات متعددة المهام.
