Security Officer
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel and passengers are allowed entry.
- Carry out pre-departure aircraft security checks, including cabin, galley, and lavatories, to detect prohibited or suspicious items.
- Coordinate with boarding gate staff to maintain smooth and secure boarding operations.
- Supervise and secure catering, cleaning, and loading activities around the aircraft.
- Monitor and control access to aircraft during turnaround to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Escort and supervise catering, maintenance, and cleaning staff during aircraft ground time.
- Enforce airport and airline security protocols to prevent unlawful interference.
- Observe passenger behaviour and report any suspicious activity to the Security Supervisor.
- Record and report all security-related incidents, breaches, and irregularities.
- Prepare daily security logs and reports as required by the Security Supervisor.
- Support investigations and provide statements or evidence as requested.

Performance Engineer
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Carry out route studies for new destinations.
- Check suitability of aerodromes for type of aircraft operated by the Company.
- Ensure adequate and effective analysis of individual airplane and fleet wide performance (APM), fuel consumption and conservation initiatives, overall mission analysis to monitor trends and track critical factors. Provide associated reports and recommendations to higher management.
- Communicate with aircraft manufacturer’s representatives for any operational requirements.
- Maintaining FMS Navigation Data Base and Flight Planning System database.
Turnaround Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate all aircraft turnaround activities from arrival to departure, ensuring safety and on-time performance.
- Serve as the single communication point between the flight deck, passenger services, ramp, cleaning, engineering, catering, and OCC.
- Monitor and record turnaround milestones (fueling, loading, cleaning, boarding, etc.) for on-time execution.
- Connect/disconnect Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) and coordinate passenger flow with cabin crew.
- Ensure all GSE are safely positioned and removed post-use.
- When allocated, perform full Load Control duties including preparation of Load Sheets, LIRs, and Load & Trim Sheets as per regulations.
- Ensure safe and accurate load distribution and manage LMCs and special loads in coordination with ramp and flight crew.
- Report turnaround or load-related irregularities and contribute to process improvement.
- Maintain compliance with Jazeera Airways SOPs, IATA AHM/IGOM, and Kuwait DGCA standards.
Loading Team Leader
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the safe loading, unloading, and positioning of cargo, baggage, and special loads in accordance with the aircraft loading instruction report and weight-and-balance requirements.
- Liaise with Load Control, Ramp Operations, Turnaround coordinator to verify loading instructions and confirm safe load distribution.
- Ensure all documentation—including Loading instruction report form, NOTOC, and load distribution form is accurately completed and matching with actual loading and communicate to turnaround coordinator.
- Monitor the use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and ramp vehicles during loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe parking, proper operation, and timely removal after use.
Standards & Procedures Officer Ground Operations
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Update and revise the Ground Operation Department manuals and procedures to be in line with KCASR and IATA/ICAO documentations and standards.
- Participate in internal/external inspection, assessments to ensure department complies with industry standards.
- Assist in conducting and updating gap analysis between IGOM and Ground Operations manuals and implement the variance across the network.
- Coordinates with the respective line managers in the resolution of mitigation strategies for the identified consequences of hazards and ensure that adequate arrangements exist for safety data capture and employee feedback.
- Coordinate with respective line managers in the implementation of corrective actions plans and ensure that corrective action is taken in a timely manner.
