Technology Leadership: Hiring Senior IT Executive / Software Engineer
Are you a seasoned IT professional with a blend of infrastructure expertise and software development skills? We are looking for a Senior IT Executive / Senior IT & Software Engineer to take full ownership of our digital landscape. This is a high-level role for a strategic thinker who can manage complex systems while driving our programming and web development projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the organization’s hardware, software, networking, and server environments to ensure 24/7 stability.
Development & Programming: Design, develop, and optimize company websites and internal web applications. Handle custom programming tasks to meet business needs.
Security & Compliance: Implement robust data security protocols, manage system backups, and ensure full IT compliance.
Operations & Administration: Manage domains, hosting, email servers, and software licensing. Maintain all IT policies and asset documentation.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary point for troubleshooting complex issues and provide guidance to junior staff or external vendors.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven IT experience in a comprehensive role.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in systems, networking, and IT operations.
Proven web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, frameworks).
Solid programming knowledge in Python, PHP, Java, or C#.
Experience with database management and server administration.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إدارة البنية التحتية: الإشراف على الأجهزة، الشبكات، والخوادم لضمان استقرار الأنظمة.
التطوير والبرمجة: تصميم وتطوير المواقع الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الويب الخاصة بالشركة وتحسين أدائها.
أمن المعلومات: ضمان أمن البيانات، وإجراء النسخ الاحتياطي الدوري، والالتزام بمعايير الامتثال التقني.
الإدارة الفنية: إدارة النطاقات (Domains)، الاستضافة، خوادم البريد الإلكتروني، وتراخيص البرامج.
المتطلبات:
المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، علوم الحاسوب، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة: من 5 إلى 7 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة العملية العميقة.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان تطوير الويب والبرمجة بلغات مثل (Python, PHP, Java) مع خبرة قوية في إدارة الخوادم والشبكات.
القيادة: مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرار.
