- Real Estate Construction & Fabrication Co. (RECAFCO) is a Kuwaiti Share Holding Company (Closed) incorporated in 1976.
- It undertakes mega Projects of Civil Engineering construction on a Turnkey basis and has the ability and reputation to complete the projects on or before the scheduled time. We are registered as Class(1) Contractors & Class(4) for Civil Infrastructure Projects with the Central Agency for Public Tenders in Kuwait.
- RECAFCO is in a position to undertake complex value and high technology Civil Engineering Projects having executed a wide range of projects covering Townships, Large Institutional Buildings, Multi-storey Car Parks, Commercial Complexes, Shopping Centers, and School Buildings - among others.
- RECAFCO has created for itself a niche market in the Concrete Precast business and is one of the leading companies in Kuwait with more than three decades of experience. The Company has in its possession a large specialized plant equipped with all modern facilities to produce precast concrete elements. All this equipment is serviced and kept in excellent condition by RECAFCO's house equipment service division.
- The precast Production Factory is spread over an area of 100,000 M2 producing high-capacity Concrete Precast Elements ranging from Piles, Pipes, Pre-stressed and Post-Tensioned Beams, Fascia Panels, Dolloses, and all Elements of the Building including Beams, Columns, Roof Units, Walls, Floor Units and Other Units as per Design and Specifications of Clients.

Are you a visual creator with a passion for high-impact content and aerial perspectives? RECAFCO is looking for a dynamic Videographer & Drone Pilot to join our creative team. If you are an expert at capturing the perfect shot—both from the ground and the air—and know how to turn raw footage into viral-worthy social media content, we want to see your portfolio!
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Capture high-quality video and photography for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and Highlights).
Drone Operations: Utilize drone technology to capture professional aerial footage of projects and sites.
Visual Storytelling: Edit and produce engaging content that tells a compelling brand story and resonates with a Kuwaiti audience.
Social Media Management: Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure all content is optimized for engagement and platform-specific formats.
Requirements
Drone Skills: Professional proficiency in operating drones is mandatory.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in videography, photography, and post-production editing.
Social Media Savvy: Expert knowledge of creating content specifically for Reels, Stories, and social media highlights.
Portfolio: A link to your previous work or portfolio is mandatory for evaluation.
Preferred: Arabic/Kuwaiti candidates are highly preferred to ensure cultural resonance in storytelling.
Attributes: Creative, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- أسست شركة ريكافكو لنفسها سوقًا متميزًا في مجال الخرسانة الجاهزة، وهي من الشركات الرائدة في الكويت بخبرة تزيد عن ثلاثة عقود. تمتلك الشركة مصنعًا متخصصًا كبيرًا مجهزًا بأحدث المعدات لإنتاج عناصر الخرسانة الجاهزة. ويتولى قسم صيانة المعدات المنزلية في ريكافكو صيانة جميع هذه المعدات والحفاظ عليها بحالة ممتازة.
- يقع مصنع إنتاج الخرسانة الجاهزة على مساحة 100000 متر مربع لإنتاج عناصر الخرسانة الجاهزة عالية السعة والتي تتراوح من الأكوام والأنابيب والعوارض المجهدة مسبقًا وما بعد الشد وألواح الواجهة والدولوس وجميع عناصر المبنى بما في ذلك العوارض والأعمدة ووحدات السقف والجدران ووحدات الأرضيات والوحدات الأخرى وفقًا لتصميم ومواصفات العملاء.
