Planning Engineer
About this job
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years
- Location: Kuwait Only (Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait)
- Company: Alnesef United Contracting Co. (NUC)
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and manage baseline and updated schedules using Primavera P6
- • Monitor project performance and generate periodic progress reports
- • Support in delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) claims
- • Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and management to ensure alignment
- • Resource and cost loading for projects when required
- • Prepare dashboards and planning deliverables for management review
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- • 5–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, ideally in construction contracting
- • Excellent command of Primavera P6, MS Office, and planning tools
- • Strong communication and coordination skills
- • Knowledge of Kuwait’s construction industry and regulations
- • Valid Kuwaiti driving license
- • Own private car for transportation
- • Transferable Visa 18 is preferred

مهندس تخطيط

- الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 5-7 سنوات
- الموقع: الكويت فقط (يجب أن يكون المرشحون مقيمين حاليًا في الكويت)
- الشركة: شركة النصف المتحدة للمقاولات (NUC)
- نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- • تطوير وإدارة الجداول الأساسية والمحدثة باستخدام Primavera P6
- • مراقبة أداء المشروع وإنشاء تقارير التقدم الدورية
- • الدعم في تحليل التأخير ومطالبات تمديد الوقت (EOT)
- • التنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمشتريات والإدارة لضمان التوافق
- • تحميل الموارد والتكاليف للمشاريع عند الحاجة
- • إعداد لوحات المعلومات وتخطيط المخرجات لمراجعة الإدارة
متطلبات:
- • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- • خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات كمهندس تخطيط، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مجال المقاولات الإنشائية
- • إتقان ممتاز لبرنامج Primavera P6 وMS Office وأدوات التخطيط
- • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق
- • معرفة صناعة البناء واللوائح في الكويت
- • رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول
- • امتلاك سيارة خاصة للنقل
- • يفضل الحصول على تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل رقم 18
ملاحظات هامة:
