Position: Principal Medical Writer

Details

As a Principal Medical Writer, you will lead all aspects of the medical writing function and act as a key contributor in producing clinical and regulatory documents that support innovative research across a variety of therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical writing activities across multiple studies and projects

• Write and review clinical study reports, protocols, investigator brochures, and other key documents

• Contribute to the development of protocols, especially first-in-human oncology studies

• Drive the preparation and review of documents using platforms such as PleaseReview and Documentum

• Serve as lead medical writer for complex programs and act as primary point of contact

• Interpret and communicate clinical data effectively to diverse stakeholders

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a scientific/clinical/regulatory field (preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lead medical writing roles within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry

• Experience in immunology is a plus

• Proven ability to understand and summarize clinical/scientific data clearly

• Strong command of current submission guidelines and regulatory writing standards

• Excellent English writing and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship needs

تبحث شركة ICON عن كاتب طبي رئيسي لإدارة أنشطة الكتابة الطبية والمساهمة في إعداد الوثائق السريرية والتنظيمية التي تدعم أبحاثًا علاجية رائدة ومتقدمة.

المهام

• قيادة وتنسيق كافة أنشطة الكتابة الطبية لعدة مشاريع ودراسات

• كتابة ومراجعة تقارير الدراسات السريرية، والبروتوكولات، والكتيبات للمحققين، والوثائق العلمية الأخرى

• المساهمة في تطوير بروتوكولات الدراسات، خصوصًا في مجال الأورام

• استخدام منصات الكتابة المتخصصة مثل Documentum وPleaseReview

• التواصل الفعّال مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان وضوح البيانات والنتائج

• تقديم تقارير واضحة وموجزة قابلة للفهم من قبل جمهور متعدد الخلفيات

الشروط

• شهادة عليا في مجال علمي/سريري/تنظيمي (يفضل)

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور قيادي في الكتابة الطبية ضمن شركات الأدوية أو الأبحاث

• يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال المناعة (Immunology)

• قدرة عالية على تحليل وتفسير البيانات السريرية والعلمية

• معرفة شاملة بإرشادات ومتطلبات تقديم الوثائق التنظيمية

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتواصلاً

• إتقان العمل على برامج Microsoft Office

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مؤهلاً قانونيًا للعمل في الولايات المتحدة دون الحاجة إلى تأشيرة عمل
