Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory); English is an advantage

• Relevant HR experience in industries such as kitchen furniture, doors, wardrobes, home and kitchen appliances, restaurant, and café equipment, or food & beverage  ↚

• Arabic-speaking candidates with familiarity with Levant markets/dialects (Jordan/Lebanon) preferred

• Candidates must be Jordanian or Lebanese

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions and processes to support business goals

• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture

• Coordinate with different departments to meet staffing and development needs
