Operations Manager – F&B / Ice Cream Franchise

We are looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-branch operations for our F&B concept in Kuwait. This full-time, Kuwait-based role involves leadership in operations, quality control, administration, and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Level

• Supervise daily operations across multiple locations.

• Ensure excellence in customer service, food safety, and hygiene.

• Maintain compliance with local laws and brand guidelines.

• Manage full F&B operations using SOPs and high-level practices.

• Oversee inventory, supply chain, vendor relations, POS systems, and staff scheduling.

Quality Assurance Level

• Enforce food quality and hygiene standards across all outlets.

• Perform regular food safety tests (e.g., HACCP) and health audits.

• Address service issues and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance satisfaction.

• Train teams on SOPs and quality benchmarks.

Administration Level

• Introduce cost control measures to improve profitability.

• Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and drive performance.

• Mentor, train, and manage front-line teams and store managers.

Market & Industry Level

• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.

• Propose strategic market penetration plans.

• Provide updated SWOT analysis based on changing variables.

• Create and implement market and operational strategies.

Managerial Level

• Lead sales development, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Handle budgeting and financial forecasting for all branches.

• Design incentive programs to improve staff performance and retention.

• Focus on profitability and sustainable growth across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• MBA in Business Operations or equivalent is highly preferred.

• 5+ years of leadership in F&B operations.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.

• In-depth knowledge of the Kuwait F&B market, customer trends, and competitive landscape.

• Proven success in creating and managing promotions and seasonal campaigns.

• Strong experience in budgeting, team development, and operational control.

• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.

• Valid Kuwait ID is required.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

على مستوى العمليات

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في عدة فروع.

• ضمان أعلى معايير الخدمة، السلامة الغذائية، والنظافة.

• الالتزام الكامل باللوائح المحلية ومعايير العلامة التجارية.

• إدارة كاملة للعمليات باستخدام الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية (SOP).

• إدارة المخزون، سلسلة التوريد، الموردين، أنظمة نقاط البيع، وجدولة الموظفين.

على مستوى الجودة

• الحفاظ على جودة الطعام والخدمة في جميع الفروع.

• إجراء اختبارات سلامة غذائية دورية (مثل HACCP) وتفتيشات صحية.

• التعامل مع حالات عدم الامتثال واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

• مراقبة آراء العملاء لتحسين الخدمة.

• تدريب الموظفين على معايير الجودة والإجراءات التشغيلية.

على المستوى الإداري

• تنفيذ استراتيجيات لخفض التكاليف وزيادة الربحية.

• تحليل تقارير المبيعات ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء.

• تدريب وتوجيه الموظفين والمديرين في الفروع.

على المستوى السوقي والصناعي

• إجراء أبحاث سوقية منتظمة وتحليل المنافسين وسلوك العملاء.

• وضع استراتيجيات دخول السوق المناسبة.

• إعداد خطط SWOT محدثة وفقًا للمتغيرات.

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تشغيلية وتسويقية فعالة.

على المستوى الإداري الأعلى

• قيادة خطط المبيعات والعروض الترويجية والحملات الموسمية.

• إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية لجميع الفروع.

• تصميم برامج حوافز لتحفيز الموظفين وزيادة الإنتاجية.

• التركيز على تحسين الأداء وزيادة الأرباح.

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال مشابه.

• يفضل حملة شهادة ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو العمليات.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة عمليات F&B.

• إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية.

• معرفة قوية بسوق F&B في كويت وسلوك العملاء والمنافسين.

• خبرة مثبتة في إعداد الحملات الترويجية الموسمية.

• خبرة في إعداد الميزانيات وتطوير فرق العمل.
