Details

Position: Windows Server Administrator
Location: Kuwait
Experience Required: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

• Monitor server health, performance, and capacity

• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations

• Manage Virtual Environment on Hyper-V & Nutanix AHV

• Troubleshoot and resolve server issues

• Manage file shares, permissions, and user access

• Perform backups and disaster recovery testing

• Document configurations, procedures, and changes

• Work with IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades

• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of servers supporting business operations under SLAs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

• 3+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025

• Experience with virtualization technologies like Nutanix and Hyper-V

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• تركيب، تكوين، وصيانة أنظمة Windows Server

• إدارة Active Directory وDNS وDHCP وGroup Policy

• مراقبة صحة وأداء الخوادم والسعة المتاحة

• تطبيق التصحيحات والتحديثات والتكوينات الأمنية

• إدارة البيئة الافتراضية على Hyper-V وNutanix AHV

• استكشاف وحل مشاكل الخوادم

• إدارة ملفات المشاركة والصلاحيات ووصول المستخدمين

• تنفيذ النسخ الاحتياطية واختبار استعادة البيانات

• توثيق التكوينات والإجراءات والتغييرات

• التعاون مع فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتخطيط وتنفيذ ترقيات البنية التحتية

• ضمان توافرية عالية وأمن وأداء ممتاز للخوادم التي تدعم العمليات التجارية ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA)

الشروط

• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب، تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل)

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة بيئات Windows Server

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025

• خبرة في تقنيات الافتراضية مثل Nutanix وHyper-V

• إلمام ببرمجة PowerShell

• مهارات قوية في استكشاف المشاكل وحلها
