Details

This role reports to the Head of Retail for the Middle East and is based in Kuwait, managing 6–10 owned and operated stores with an annual volume of $20M–$40M. The District Manager serves as the business and operational leader across these stores and plays a critical role in implementing regional strategies, leading multi-layered teams, and ensuring retail excellence.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with occasional additional hours or weekends during peak periods. Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive store-level performance through sales, productivity, and operational excellence

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and easy customer experience

• Elevate visual merchandising in line with brand standards

• Oversee workforce planning and payroll management

• Analyze KPIs and execute strategies for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with key departments (HR, Recruiting, AP, H&S, Maintenance) to solve district needs

• Lead and inspire store leadership teams

• Develop, promote, and retain top talent

• Embed Abercrombie & Fitch culture and values into the store environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Retail experience managing 3+ direct reports and a team of 30+ staff

• Strong background in multi-unit retail management preferred

• In-market experience (Kuwait/Gulf region) is a plus

• Business-level English; additional local language is a bonus

هذا الدور تقوده إدارة التجزئة في الشرق الأوسط ويقع في الكويت، حيث ستدير من 6 إلى 10 متاجر مملوكة وتشغيلية بحجم مبيعات سنوي يتراوح بين 20 إلى 40 مليون دولار. يُعد مدير المنطقة القائد الرئيسي للتشغيل والأداء عبر هذه المتاجر، ويساهم في تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات الإقليمية وتطوير الفرق ورفع مستوى تجربة العملاء.

ساعات العمل: 5 أيام في الأسبوع، مع احتمالية العمل الإضافي خلال فترات الذروة والعطلات. يتطلب الدور السفر داخل المنطقة.

• قيادة أداء المتاجر من خلال تحسين المبيعات والإنتاجية والعمليات

• تقديم تجربة عميل متميزة وسريعة وسهلة

• رفع معايير العرض المرئي بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية العلامة

• إدارة توزيع القوى العاملة والتحكم في تكاليف الرواتب

• تحليل مؤشرات الأداء وتطبيق استراتيجيات التحسين المستمر

• التعاون مع فرق الموارد البشرية، التوظيف، الأمن، الصيانة، وغيرها

• قيادة وتطوير فرق الإدارة داخل المتاجر

• اكتشاف وتطوير وترقية المواهب

• تعزيز ثقافة Abercrombie & Fitch وقيمها في بيئة العمل

الشروط

• درجة بكالوريوس أو خبرة ذات صلة

• خبرة في إدارة فرق تضم 3 مشرفين مباشرِين و30+ موظفًا

• يُفضل الخبرة في إدارة وحدات متعددة في قطاع التجزئة

• الخبرة داخل السوق (الكويت/الخليج) ميزة إضافية

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة باللغة المحلية ميزة إضافية
