Project Manager Civil

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that outline scope, budget, and timeline while adapting to project changes.
• Oversee the procurement process, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental protections and building codes.  ↚
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among engineers, architects, and laborers.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and status reports, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

• Manage project budgets and resources, implementing cost-control measures to prevent overspending.
• Prepare and present regular updates and reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating project status and risks.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure that all construction meets the required standards and specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly regarded.
• A minimum of 25 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project management, demonstrating a track record of successful projects.  ↚

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions under pressure.

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية
• تحظى الشهادات المهنية مثل PMP (محترف إدارة المشاريع) أو ما يعادلها بتقدير كبير.
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 25 عامًا في مجال الهندسة المدنية وإدارة المشاريع، مع توضيح سجل حافل بالمشاريع الناجحة.
