Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
Location: Kuwait City
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and developing interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects

• Prepare detailed design plans, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas

• Support the design team with research, sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes

• Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, 3dsmax, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution

• Assist in preparing design proposals, cost estimates, and timelines

• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure plans are followed

• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and design techniques

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design (residential and commercial)

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3dsmax, Lumion, Corona, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Arabic speaking required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Creative problem-solving with focus on functionality and aesthetics

• Knowledge of Kuwait’s current design trends and materials is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software (AutoCAD 3D, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion)

• Bilingual in Arabic and English

• Experience with project management or client-facing roles in Kuwait

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• المساعدة في إنشاء وتطوير مفاهيم التصميم الداخلي للمشاريع السكنية والتجارية

• إعداد خطط تصميم تفصيلية، لوحات الألوان، والعروض لتوضيح الأفكار

• دعم فريق التصميم في البحث، توفير المواد، الأثاث، التجهيزات، والتشطيبات

• تطوير مخططات الطوابق، الارتفاعات، وتصميمات ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام AutoCAD، 3dsmax، Adobe Creative Suite، وغيرها

• التنسيق مع البائعين، المقاولين، والموردين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة

• المساعدة في إعداد مقترحات التصميم، تقديرات التكلفة، والجداول الزمنية

• القيام بزيارات ميدانية لمتابعة تنفيذ التصميم والتأكد من الالتزام بالخطة

• متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في الصناعة، المنتجات الجديدة، وتقنيات التصميم

الشروط

• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في التصميم الداخلي (سكني وتجاري)

• درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي، الهندسة المعمارية، أو مجال ذي صلة

• إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD، 3dsmax، Lumion، Corona، Vray، Adobe Creative Suite

• فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم، تخطيط المساحات، ونظرية الألوان

• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية ممتازة

• إتقان اللغة العربية (مطلوب)

• اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية عالية

• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وكذلك بشكل مستقل

• نهج إبداعي لحل المشكلات مع التركيز على الوظائف والجماليات

• معرفة باتجاهات ومواد التصميم الحالية في الكويت ميزة إضافية

المؤهلات المفضلة

• خبرة متقدمة في نمذجة وتصوير ثلاثي الأبعاد (AutoCAD 3D، 3ds Max، V-Ray، Corona، Lumion)

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• خبرة في إدارة المشاريع أو التعامل مع العملاء في الكويت
