Document Control Technician (Document Controller II) 

• Location: Ahmadi, Kuwait

Primary Objective

• Coordinate tasks within the environmental engineering discipline, ensuring adherence to agreed codes, standards, and procedures.

• Oversee the progress and quality of assigned tasks, providing innovative solutions to clients’ environmental challenges.

• Manage environmental projects and studies, contributing to the development of company standards and environmental design methods.

• Assist project engineers with contract documents, including design criteria, scope of work, and procedures.

• Mentor and train junior engineers and graduates, ensuring they achieve professional membership.

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety standards, working in line with OH&S procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Experience in PMC projects within the Oil and Gas or related industries.

• Proficiency with advanced engineering tools, data systems, and office/engineering software.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

• Willingness to engage with and manage clients as required.

الهدف الرئيسي

• تنسيق المهام داخل تخصص الهندسة البيئية وضمان الالتزام بالرموز والمعايير والإجراءات المتفق عليها.

• الإشراف على تقدم وجودة المهام المعينة، وتقديم حلول مبتكرة لتحديات البيئة للعملاء.

• إدارة المشاريع والدراسات البيئية، والمساهمة في تطوير معايير الشركة وطرق التصميم البيئي.

• مساعدة المهندسين في إعداد وثائق العقد، بما في ذلك معايير التصميم ونطاق العمل والإجراءات.

• توجيه وتدريب المهندسين المبتدئين والخريجين لضمان حصولهم على العضوية المهنية.

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ضمان الجودة والسلامة، والعمل وفقًا لإجراءات OH&S.

المؤهلات

• درجة في الهندسة البيئية أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو ما يعادلها من مؤسسة معتمدة.

• خبرة في مشاريع إدارة المشاريع في صناعات النفط والغاز أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.

• إجادة استخدام أدوات الهندسة المتقدمة، وأنظمة البيانات، وبرامج المكتب/الهندسة.

• مهارات تواصل قوية مع القدرة على بناء علاقات عبر ثقافات متنوعة.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، وإدارة الوقت بفعالية، وتحديد الأولويات.

• الاستعداد للتفاعل مع العملاء وإدارتهم حسب الحاجة.
