Requirements

• Male candidates only

• Must hold a transferable Article 18 visa

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in SAP and manage administrative duties efficiently↚  

• Experience in data entry or related roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Update job card status in SAP accurately

• Verify serial numbers, model numbers, and warranty validation

• Estimate repairs and create service orders

• Identify non-warranty parts and issue warranty invoices

• Maintain systematic filing and records management

• Ensure no pending jobs for warranty invoicing after delivery

• التحقق من أرقام السيريال، أرقام الطراز، والتحقق من الضمان

• تقدير الإصلاحات وإنشاء أوامر الخدمة↚  

• تحديد قطع الغيار غير المشمولة بالضمان وإصدار فواتير الضمان

• الحفاظ على تنظيم الملفات والسجلات بطريقة منهجية

• التأكد من عدم وجود مهام معلقة لإصدار فواتير الضمان بعد التسليم
