Details

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as an HR Senior Officer in Learning and Development (Retainer). The role focuses on assessing learning needs, developing L&D plans, and implementing capacity-building initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating impactful learning strategies and driving organizational success.

Functional Responsibilities

• Conduct Learning and Development Needs Assessment (LDNA) using surveys, focus groups, and consultations with key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive L&D reports and recommend suitable interventions based on identified gaps.
• Formulate MCO’s L&D plan with clear timelines, expected outputs, and success metrics.
• Implement and manage L&D plans, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors for training sessions.
• Prepare periodic L&D reports, assess outcomes, and address challenges.
• Build capacity within the HR team to ensure effective learning management.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to HR knowledge networks.

Requirements

• Advanced University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Alternatively, a first university degree with an additional 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience in providing HR services in Learning and Development, ideally in international or national organizations.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing L&D initiatives and conducting needs assessments.
• Familiarity with UN policies and practices is a strong asset.
• Full working knowledge of English.

• تسهيل تبادل المعرفة والمساهمة في شبكات المعرفة لإدارة الموارد البشرية.

الشروط

• درجة جامعية متقدمة في إدارة الموارد البشرية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو المجالات ذات الصلة. كما يمكن قبول درجة بكالوريوس مع سنتين إضافيتين من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تقديم خدمات الموارد البشرية في مجال التعلم والتطوير، ويفضل أن تكون في المنظمات الدولية أو الوطنية.
• خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات التعلم والتطوير وإجراء التقييمات.
• المعرفة بسياسات وإجراءات الأمم المتحدة تعد ميزة كبيرة.
• إلمام كامل باللغة الإنجليزية.
