Details

We are seeking an MEP Manager with over 10 years of experience in MEP works on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects within the GCC. This role is based in Kuwait and requires managing design, coordination, and execution across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP design, coordination, and execution on projects.

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth MEP integration.

• Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and material submissions.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements.

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Lead the MEP team and coordinate with civil and structural teams for seamless delivery.

• Report progress updates to Project Manager/Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Proven experience as an MEP Manager on major infrastructure or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and ELV.

• Familiarity with local codes (KFD, MEW, MPW, etc.) and international standards.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

• Kuwait driving license preferred.

• Transferable residency (Article 18) is preferable.

• إدارة والإشراف على تصميم وتنسيق وتنفيذ أعمال MEP في المشاريع.

• مراجعة واعتماد رسومات ومواصفات ومواد MEP.

• ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية ومتطلبات المشروع.

• الإشراف على أنشطة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل.

• قيادة فريق MEP والتنسيق مع فرق الأعمال المدنية والهيكلية لضمان تسليم سلس.

• تقديم تقارير تقدم العمل إلى مدير المشروع أو المدير العام.

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.

• سجل حافل كمدير MEP في مشاريع بنية تحتية أو إنشاءات كبيرة.

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC، مكافحة الحريق، السباكة، الأنظمة الكهربائية وELV.

• إلمام باللوائح المحلية (KFD، MEW، MPW، وغيرها) والمعايير الدولية.

• مهارات قيادية وتنسيقية واتصالية ممتازة.

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.

• رخصة قيادة كويتية مفضلة.

• الإقامة القابلة للتحويل (المادة 18) مفضلة.
