Senior Officer- Warehouse

Role Description

• This role plays a vital role in monitoring and coordinating, as well as supervising the work activities of the shift team.
•  Overseas and coordinates plant operations, supervises shift teams, and ensures safe, efficient workflow operations. 
• Responsible for hazard assessment, risk management, inspections, and smooth day/night operations. 

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility
• Monitor operations: inbound/outbound, inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, and priorities.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks
• Inquire about each department’s needs and requirements and report 
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports↚  
• Ensure housekeeping is foremost in the respective departments and the entire premise to ensure a clean and safe workplace
• Responsible of the shift in terms of management of staff and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the shift operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, any specialized diploma or certificate course in Logistics or warehousing will be preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years related work experience, preferred Oil & Gas Industry experience 
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
• Proficiency with MS office and ERP software applications 
• Excellent analytical, reporting Skills and English communication skills, Arabic knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights, weekends and holidays

وصف الدور

• يلعب هذا الدور دورًا حيويًا في المراقبة والتنسيق، فضلاً عن الإشراف على أنشطة عمل فريق المناوبة.
•  يتولى مهام تنسيق عمليات المصنع في الخارج والإشراف على فرق العمل وضمان سير العمل بشكل آمن وفعال. 
• المسؤول عن تقييم المخاطر، وإدارة المخاطر، والتفتيش، والعمليات السلسة ليلاً ونهاراً. 

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمنشأة
• مراقبة العمليات: الواردة/الصادرة، ودقة المخزون، ومعاملات تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، والأولويات.
• إعداد وتقديم التوجيهات الخاصة بالموقع وإيجازات السلامة ومحادثات صندوق الأدوات
• الاستفسار عن احتياجات ومتطلبات كل قسم وتقديم تقرير {↚  
• التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ بشكل مناسب وفقًا للإجراءات المعمول بها؛ وإعداد تقارير الحوادث وتقديمها
• التأكد من أن أعمال التنظيف تأتي في المقام الأول في الأقسام المعنية وفي المبنى بأكمله لضمان مكان عمل نظيف وآمن
• المسؤول عن التحول من حيث إدارة الموظفين وأهداف الجودة وضمان السير السلس لعمليات التحول

المؤهلات

• يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو أي دبلوم متخصص أو دورة شهادة في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو التخزين
• الحد الأدنى من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات، ويفضل الخبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز 
• معرفة أنظمة مراقبة المخزون وإدارة المستودعات
• الكفاءة في استخدام تطبيقات MS Office و ERP 
• مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير ممتازة ومهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ستكون ميزة إضافية
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى
• يجب أن تكون قادرًا على العمل وفقًا لجدول زمني مرن يتضمن ليالٍ عرضية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية
