Job Title: Automotive Sales Representative

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and sales.

• Facilitate the sales process from quotations, sales orders to invoicing.

• Communicate with customers to identify their needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections.

• Achieve allocated sales targets.

• Evaluate customer needs and identify selling opportunities.

• Handle warranty claims.

• Assign installations to the Mechanics team and follow-up on job cards.

Requirements

• Basic automotive knowledge.

• Native Arabic speaker.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Computer literacy.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

• Open to applicants from India (direct hiring from India).

• اللغة العربية الأم.

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

• مهارات الكمبيوتر.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء.

• التوظيف المباشر من الهند.
