Jr. Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Salesperson at Burhan Technology, your primary role will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right products, including mobiles, accessories, and gadgets. You will work with the team to achieve sales targets while providing top-tier customer service and building strong relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with the selection and purchase of mobiles, gadgets, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions smoothly.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance and ensure products are displayed appropriately.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of mobiles, accessories, and gadgets.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience with computer systems, including POS tools.
• Previous sales experience in electronics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Jr. Sales Coordinator

كـ بائع في برهان تكنولوجيا، ستكون مسؤولاً عن التفاعل مع العملاء، وفهم احتياجاتهم، ومساعدتهم في العثور على المنتجات المناسبة مثل الهواتف المحمولة والإكسسوارات والأجهزة. ستعمل مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات مع تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة وبناء علاقات قوية مع عملائنا.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• مساعدة العملاء في اختيار وشراء الهواتف المحمولة والأجهزة والإكسسوارات.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات باستمرار.
• تقديم المشورة والتوصيات المعرفية للعملاء.
• تشغيل أنظمة نقاط البيع وإتمام المعاملات بسلاسة.
• الحفاظ على مظهر المعرض وضمان عرض المنتجات بشكل مناسب.
• مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات في التكنولوجيا ومعرفة المنتجات.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• معرفة قوية بالهواتف المحمولة والإكسسوارات والأجهزة.
• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• خبرة في استخدام الأنظمة الحاسوبية، بما في ذلك أدوات نقاط البيع.
• الخبرة السابقة في مبيعات الإلكترونيات ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وخدمة عملاء رائعة.
