About the job
- Ensure every project requirements are strictly followed by shop.
- Follow the job ITP / QP requirements.
- Establish new procedures, new methods where needed and get approval.
- Suggest (or) Develop new and better fixtures.
- Thorough knowledge of engineering structural drawing, Erection drawing produced on Auto cad, BOCAD.
- To perform inspection wherever needed or as directed by the supervisor, inclusive of subcontract.
- Capable of reporting, issuing & closing of nonconformance reports.
- Knowledge of SAP, AWS D1.1, SSPC, MBMA, AISC tolerances.
Planning Engineer
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintaining the company Master Planning Database for the Projects by collecting all the relevant information required about multiple projects on a regular basis.
- Prepare and maintain Engineering, Production, and Shipment Plans.
- Raise timely orders for job specific items as per the Master Planning Database
- Maintain proper inventory levels based on current inventory, historical/future usage, and forecast demand for the Raw Materials
- Work closely with purchasing organization to assure on time delivery of Raw Materials, Accessories, and Job Specific items to the Manufacturing.
- Analyse and report backlog
- Generate reports for the management as and when required.
- Knowledge of types & grades of steel raw material used in metal buildings ( HR Plates and Coils, GI Coils, PPGL and PPGI)

- اتبع متطلبات الوظيفة ITP / QP.
- إنشاء إجراءات جديدة، وأساليب جديدة حيثما دعت الحاجة، والحصول على الموافقة.
- اقترح (أو) قم بتطوير تركيبات جديدة وأفضل.
- معرفة تامة بالرسومات الهندسية الإنشائية، رسومات الانتصاب المنتجة على Auto cad، BOCAD.
- إجراء التفتيش حيثما كان ذلك ضروريا أو حسب توجيهات المشرف، بما في ذلك الباطن.
- القدرة على إعداد التقارير وإصدارها وإغلاق تقارير عدم المطابقة.

مسئوليات الدور:
