Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Motor Fitter at Bader Al Mulla & Bros. Co. Wll. The Motor Fitter will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing motors and mechanical equipment. This role will involve on-site work in Shuwaikh with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Mechanical skills, Motor Repair, and Equipment Maintenance
- Knowledge of motor installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic electrical knowledge and skills
- Experience in motor fitting or related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل بنظام هجين لفني محركات في شركة بدر الملا وإخوانه ش.م.ك. (مقفلة). سيكون فني المحركات مسؤولاً عن تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح المحركات والمعدات الميكانيكية. ستتضمن هذه الوظيفة العمل في الموقع في الشويخ مع مرونة للعمل عن بُعد في بعض الأحيان.
المؤهلات
- مهارات ميكانيكية، إصلاح المحركات، وصيانة المعدات
- معرفة بتركيب المحركات واستكشاف الأخطاء
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق
- معرفة ومهارات كهربائية أساسية
- خبرة في تركيب المحركات أو مجال ذي صلة
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة
- شهادة فنية أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة
