Job Title: Workshop Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in servicing and dressing of FAC tool and mud saver valve.
- Perform CAT 1 & 2 servicing of FMS / 500t Air spider / elevator.
- Conduct CAT 1 & 2 servicing of basic handling tools.
- Perform CAT 1 & 2 servicing of dual equipment.
- Carry out CAT 1 & 2 service of lifting handling equipment including SDE, SJE, and slips type elevators.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position handling relevant product line equipment.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Responsible for following rules and procedures as well as reacting to and reporting dangerous incidents, dangerous behavior, and dangerous situations.
- Complete self-inspection of completed services.
Client Relations (Internal and External)
- Contribute to providing excellent customer service.
Social Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating a good working environment.
- Recommend improvements and record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measures.
- Work with management to develop your own expertise.
Systems
- Follow all applicable instructions and procedures to maintain good quality and effectiveness of the work.
- Use the systems and programs required and authorized by the company.
