Job Title: Project Manager (Software Development)
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of enterprise solutions projects, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and deliver cross-platform solutions projects from development to support phases
- Manage multifunctional teams, including developers, analysts, and QA, both on-site and offshore
- Foster collaboration and ensure seamless coordination among team members
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables, providing feedback on team performance
- Develop and manage project plans, including milestones, WBS, backlogs, and sprint planning
- Update and maintain project plans with critical information
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science & Information Technology, or related field
- PMP Certification
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Development Project Manager, with expertise in overseeing cross-platform projects
- Strong team management and cross-functional communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic preferred)
- Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence tools/applications, and have a solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps

المسمى الوظيفي: مدير مشروع (تطوير البرمجيات)
ملخص الوظيفة:
سيقوم مدير المشروع بالإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ وإنجاز مشاريع حلول المؤسسات، مع قيادة الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على وتسليم مشاريع الحلول عبر المنصات من مراحل التطوير إلى الدعم
- إدارة فرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك المطورين والمحللين وضمان الجودة، سواء في الموقع أو عن بُعد
- تعزيز التعاون وضمان التنسيق السلس بين أعضاء الفريق
- مراقبة وتتبع مراحل المشروع ومخرجاته، وتقديم ملاحظات حول أداء الفريق
- تطوير وإدارة خطط المشروع، بما في ذلك تحديد المراحل الرئيسية، وقوائم الأعمال المتأخرة، والتخطيط المتكرر
- تحديث وصيانة خطط المشروع بالمعلومات المهمة
- إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف منها
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والإدارة العليا بشأن حالة المشروع والمخاطر والقضايا
المهارات والمؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البرمجيات أو علوم الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة
- شهادة PMP
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير مشروع لتطوير البرمجيات، مع خبرة في الإشراف على مشاريع عبر المنصات
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الفريق والتواصل بين الوظائف المتعددة (اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامية، وتفضل اللغة العربية)
- إتقان استخدام MS Project وJIRA وConfluence، وفهم قوي لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC)، ومنهجية Agile، وDevOps
