Job Title: Supervisor Riders
What's On Your Plate?
- Work closely with the assigned 3PL(s) as an Account.
- Communicate daily with the assigned 3PLs regarding riders’ performance.
- Collaborate with the 3PL supervisors to improve the performance of the riders.
- Highlight the poor-performing riders to the assigned 3PL supervisor.
- Ensure that proper training is provided periodically to the assigned 3PLs’ riders.
- Work closely with the 3PL supervisor to participate in the training process.
- Distribute tasks to Team Leads and fleet coordinators and follow up on progress.
- Report any difficulties the 3PLs are facing that prevent them from performing well.
- Support the City Manager in improving the city/zone performance by communicating with the riders, supervisors, or owners of the assigned 3PLs.
- Review quality surveys and communicate with the 3PLs regarding rider compliance.
- Keep a training record and collaborate with the training team to provide refresher training with up-to-date training material.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the line manager.
What Did We Order?
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics or any related field.
- 2-4 years of full-time experience in managing/supervising a team (preferably with couriers/driver supervision).
- KPI and result-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Training experience is a plus.

- الاحتفاظ بسجل التدريب والتعاون مع فريق التدريب لتقديم تدريب متجدد باستخدام مواد تدريب محدثة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى كما يطلبها المدير المباشر.
ما الذي نحتاجه؟
- دبلوم أو درجة بكاليوس في اللوجستيات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- من 2 إلى 4 سنوات من الخبرة الكاملة في إدارة/الإشراف على فريق (يفضل مع إشراف على السائقين/خدمات التوصيل).
- التركيز على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والنتائج.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- الطلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفوية).
- تجربة تدريب تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
