What You Will Do
- Tracking shipments
- Controlling the product's inputs & outputs from warehouses and other stores. Stock discrepancies during receiving must be escalated to the supplier/sender by raising an SRD report.
- Coordinate until the SRDs are adjusted in the system. Tracking & updating stocks both on Incoming/Outgoing Log Books & in the system.
- Stock Accuracy Checks: Avoiding product shortages by investigating on a weekly basis. Perform investigations based on Stock Accuracy Checks.
- Support to the Events: Prepare the store for marketing events (if any), and arrange stock count procedures (additional cartons and segregating stocks for easy scanning/counting purposes).
- Missing Barcodes: Accurately record the quality, quantity, type, style, and other inventory characteristics so the store team clearly understands what is and isn’t available in case the barcode is unidentifiable. This information needs to be sent to the brand team in Dubai for further assistance with the barcode.
- Physical Presence During Maintenance Work: Be present during any maintenance-related work activity in the store, often at night after the store closes.
- Budgeting and Finance: Must be involved in annual business planning and manage monthly budgets. Will create PO, track invoices, and ensure work is completed with the allocated SLA.
- Asset Management: Manage all non-merchandise assets stored inside stock rooms for business-related activity purposes.
Required Skills to be Successful
- Possess a high professional level in written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills.
What Equips You for the Role
- Education: Diploma/High school or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a retail stock handling role in Kuwait.
- Behavioral Competencies: Strong hands-on experience in handling big-size shipments and accuracy in counting. Good communication skills to speak with vendors/delivery personnel at stock receiving. Time management and relationship-building skills.

مهام الوظيفة
- تتبع الشحنات.
- التحكم في مدخلات ومخرجات المنتجات من المستودعات والمتاجر الأخرى. يتم تصعيد الفروقات في المخزون أثناء الاستلام إلى المورد عبر رفع تقرير SRD.
- متابعة تقارير SRD حتى يتم تعديلها في النظام. تتبع وتحديث المخزون في كل من سجلات الشحنات الواردة والصادرة وفي النظام.
- التحقق من دقة المخزون: تجنب نقص المنتجات من خلال التحقيق بشكل أسبوعي.
- الدعم للفعاليات: تجهيز المتجر للفعاليات التسويقية (إن وجدت)، وتنظيم إجراءات جرد المخزون.
- الرموز الشريطية المفقودة: تسجيل الجودة والكمية والنوع وأي خصائص أخرى للمخزون بدقة.
- الوجود الفعلي أثناء أعمال الصيانة: التواجد أثناء أي أعمال صيانة في المتجر (غالباً خلال الليل بعد إغلاق المتجر).
- الميزانية والتمويل: المشاركة في التخطيط السنوي وإدارة الميزانيات الشهرية.
- إدارة الأصول: إدارة جميع الأصول غير المتعلقة بالبضائع المخزنة داخل غرف المخزون.
المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح
- مستوى احترافي عالي في الاتصال الكتابي والشفهي ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين. القدرة على التواصل مع المسؤولين على جميع المستويات.
- مهارات حل المشكلات.
المتطلبات
- التعليم: دبلوم أو شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- الخبرة: 1-2 سنوات على الأقل في دور مناولة المخزون في قطاع التجزئة في الكويت.
- الكفاءات السلوكية: خبرة قوية في التعامل مع الشحنات الكبيرة والدقة في العد. مهارات تواصل جيدة. مهارات إدارة الوقت وبناء العلاقات.
