Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive in Kuwait. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility. You will work closely with various departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the marketing calendar in collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing & Communication Director.
- Drive foot traffic and sales through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Initiate and manage sponsored advertisements, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, IT, and finance, to align marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Retail experience is essential.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Fluent in Arabic.

نبحث عن تنفيذي تسويق ديناميكي في الكويت. في هذا الدور، ستكون محوريًا في تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق لتعزيز الخدمات وزيادة وضوح العلامة التجارية. ستعمل عن كثب مع مختلف الأقسام لضمان توافق جهود التسويق مع الأهداف التجارية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ والإشراف على تقويم التسويق بالتعاون مع المدير التجاري ومدير التسويق والاتصالات.
- زيادة حركة الزبائن والمبيعات من خلال حملات مستهدفة ومبادرات.
- بدء وإدارة الإعلانات الممولة، مع ضمان تخصيص الميزانية بشكل فعال والعائد على الاستثمار.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك التجارية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والمالية، لتوافق استراتيجيات التسويق.
- مراقبة والإبلاغ عن أداء الحملات والمبادرات التسويقية.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة للحفاظ على ميزة تنافسية في السوق.
- توجيه وتدريب أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين، وتعزيز نموهم المهني.
- تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الصناعية والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الشركاء والبائعين الخارجيين.
المؤهلات:
- الحد الأدنى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مشابه.
- درجة بكاليوس في التسويق، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة في مجال التجزئة أمر أساسي.
- مهارات قوية في المبيعات والتسويق.
- الطلاقة في اللغة العربية.
