Sr. Specialist - Projects & Performance
This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Performance and Special Projects and will involve coordinating with multiple business functions, working with financial, operational, and commercial data in order to assist the team and senior stakeholders in making highly informed decisions. Additionally, this role will heavily interface with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure successful execution of projects through data-driven decision-making, improving profitability, streamlining operations, and enhancing the customer and partner experiences.
What’s on Your Plate?
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project scope, timelines, and objectives; coordinate internal resources for successful execution, and effectively communicate expectations across functions and to all relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop tactics to optimize product offerings.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as required.
- Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with a particular focus on financial performance/P&L. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to enhance our product and increase retention rates. Work with other functions to develop forecasts for customer acquisition, churn, contribution, and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management. Develop visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations to communicate complex information.
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries (Past experience in subscription-focused business is a plus).
- Expertise with data tools: SQL, Big Query, Looker Data Studio, Tableau.
- Strong finance acumen; experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, unit economics, budgeting & forecasting, and business impact analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame/structure problems and synthesize complex data into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.
- Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel and/or Google Slides/Sheets.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Residency in Kuwait.

- إجراء تحليلات مخصصة لدعم قرارات الأعمال وتقديم الدعم التحليلي للمشاريع الخاصة حسب الحاجة.
- تحليل وقياس نمو أعمال الاشتراك، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على الأداء المالي/قائمة الأرباح والخسائر (P&L). الاستفادة من تحليلات البيانات ورؤى العملاء لتحسين المنتج وزيادة معدلات الاحتفاظ. العمل مع الوظائف الأخرى لتطوير التوقعات لزيادة اكتساب العملاء وتقليل التناقص والمساهمة والربحية.
- إعداد وتقديم عروض تقديمية وتقارير ولوحات قيادة واضحة وموجزة للإدارة العليا. تطوير عروض تقديمية مرئية وجذابة وسهلة الفهم لتوصيل المعلومات المعقدة.
المتطلبات الأساسية
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الاقتصاد أو الأعمال أو الهندسة (يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعات توصيل الطعام، أو التجارة الإلكترونية، أو استشارات الإدارة (يفضل الخبرة السابقة في أعمال الاشتراك).
- خبرة في أدوات البيانات: SQL، Big Query، Looker Data Studio، Tableau.
