About the Location:

What You Will Do:
- Manage and supervise the Pastry Kitchen team in line with Four Seasons standards and local criteria.
- Foster team spirit by showing personal interest in employees and promoting inter-departmental cooperation.
- Promote career development for team members through continuous training, coaching, and feedback.
- Maintain quality standards in food preparation, checking taste, temperature, portion size, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and maintain hygiene in food preparation areas.
- Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in menu development and seasonal promotions.
- Hands-on leadership in special culinary events, showcasing technical kitchen skills.
- Supervise daily operations and the setup, service, and breakdown for each meal period.
- Communicate production schedules and ensure sanitation and maintenance of equipment.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar position in a five-star luxury hotel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English.

المهام الوظيفية:
- إدارة والإشراف على فريق مطبخ المعجنات وفقًا لمعايير فور سيزونز والمعايير المحلية.
- تعزيز روح الفريق من خلال إظهار الاهتمام الشخصي بالموظفين وتعزيز التعاون بين الأقسام.
- تشجيع تطوير المسار الوظيفي لأعضاء الفريق من خلال التدريب المستمر والتوجيه الفعال.
- الحفاظ على معايير الجودة في إعداد الطعام من حيث الطعم ودرجة الحرارة وحجم الحصة والعرض.
