Role Description
- Deliver personalized service to clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their purchasing journey.
- Demonstrate the unique features and benefits of high-end vehicles, emphasizing luxury, performance, and technology tailored to the preferences of the Kuwaiti market.
- Stay updated on the luxury automotive market in Kuwait, including competitor offerings, customer preferences, and emerging trends to better serve clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Organize and lead test drives, ensuring clients experience the full luxury of our vehicles in a way that highlights their unique capabilities.
- Set and meet ambitious sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in luxury car sales.
- A strong passion for luxury vehicles and a good understanding of the Kuwait automotive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions, maintaining records, and reporting.
