IT Associate-Business Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide first-level technical support for existing application issues
- Participate in IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review and support
- Provide training to end-users on new systems, software, and best practices
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure applications and services meet organizational needs and timely issue resolution
- Regular communication with business teams to align with their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business and technical requirements for new projects
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., .NET, Python)
- Experience working with different databases (MySQL, MSSQL)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform products
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role
