About the Job
Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Cyber Security position. This position will be located in ASAB, Kuwait, PSAB, KSA, and UDAB, UAE. It is an onsite role, pending contract award.
Responsibilities
- Correlates threat data from various sources to establish the identity and methods of hackers active in the client's networks and posing a potential threat
- Provides the customer with assessments and reports that facilitate situational awareness of current cyber threats and adversaries
- Develops cyber threat profiles based on geographic region, country, group, or individual actors
- Produces cyber threat assessments based on entity threat analysis
- May provide computer forensic and intrusion support, including computer evidence seizure, forensic analysis, data recovery, and network assessments
- Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in network vulnerabilities, data hiding, and network security
Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 6-9 years of experience (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Must meet the certification requirements of DoD 8570.01-M
- Certifications: Must possess certifications from the following groups:Group 1 - Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), etc.Group 2 - GIAC Certified Perimeter Protection Analyst (GPPA), CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst (CSA+), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), etc.Group 3 - Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), etc.
- Lead-Level Experience: IA technology, design, and maintenance of networks, managing user accounts, server operations, network security, intrusion detection, etc.
- Experience with DoD-specific systems and network architecture is a plus

- الحفاظ على المهارات المتقدمة في أدوات وتقنيات ومكافحة الثغرات الأمنية
المؤهلات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة مع 6-9 سنوات من الخبرة (أو خبرة معادلة)
- التصريح الأمني المطلوب: سري
- يجب استيفاء متطلبات الشهادات لـ DoD 8570.01-M
- الشهادات: يجب أن يمتلك شهادات من المجموعات التالية:المجموعة 1 - شهادة خبير حلول مايكروسوفت (MCSE)، شهادة مهندس شبكة سيسكو (CCNA)، مهندس معتمد من Red Hat (RHCE)، إلخ.المجموعة 2 - محلل حماية محيط معتمد من GIAC (GPPA)، محلل الأمن السيبراني من CompTIA (CSA+)، مدير أمن المعلومات المعتمد (CISM)، إلخ.المجموعة 3 - مدقق أمن المعلومات المعتمد (CISA)، أخصائي أمن الأنظمة المعتمد (CISSP)، إلخ.
- خبرة قيادية: في تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتصميم وصيانة الشبكات، وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين، وأمن الشبكات، والكشف عن التهديدات
