Process Operator
Job description
The process operator is responsible for the ASU operation of the plant working on a rotating shift schedule to ensure maximum production quantity and quality
- Responsible to operate the machineries (pumps, manual valve, etc.) from field in order monitor and control plant operation
- Supervise tanker filling, pre-fill/post-fill of tankers using checklists
- Check the tanker’s purity before and after every refill of the tanker and issue purity certificate
- Responsible for tanker conversion as per Distribution requirement and ensure purity quality is achieved
- Inspect tanker and identify maintenance issues if any and inform maintenance supervisors and provide assistance to the maintenance technicians when required
- Record plant and machinery readings in log sheet
- Must report any issues/deviations in the plant, tankers, or tube trailers to shift leader
- Coordinate with shift leader for start-up and shutdown
- Analyse the water treatment reports and water samples
- Responsible for plant data analysis and reporting (PPU, FO1, etc.) as required
- Coordinate external contractors performing work in the plant
- Ensure proper handover of shift duties/activities to the next shift on duty
- Attend monthly safety meeting
- Responsible for inspection of safety equipment in the plant as required
- Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
Skills
- Diploma, Degree in Engineering is a plus
- Experience 2+ years minimum of work experience.

مشغل العملية مسؤول عن تشغيل وحدة معالجة الهواء في المصنع من خلال العمل وفق جدول ورديات متناوب لضمان أقصى قدر من الكمية والجودة للإنتاج
- المسؤول عن تشغيل الآلات (المضخات والصمام اليدوي وما إلى ذلك) من الحقل من أجل مراقبة والتحكم في تشغيل المصنع
- الإشراف على تعبئة الناقلات، والتعبئة المسبقة/اللاحقة للناقلات باستخدام قوائم المراجعة
- التحقق من نقاء الناقلة قبل وبعد كل عملية إعادة تعبئة للناقلة وإصدار شهادة النقاء
- المسؤول عن تحويل الناقلات وفقًا لمتطلبات التوزيع وضمان تحقيق جودة النقاء
- فحص الناقلة وتحديد مشاكل الصيانة إن وجدت وإبلاغ مشرفي الصيانة وتقديم المساعدة لفنيي الصيانة عند الحاجة
- سجل قراءات المصنع والآلات في ورقة السجل
- يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات/انحرافات في المصنع أو الصهاريج أو مقطورات الأنابيب إلى قائد المناوبة
- التنسيق مع قائد المناوبة لبدء التشغيل والإيقاف
- تحليل تقارير معالجة المياه وعينات المياه
- المسؤول عن تحليل بيانات المصنع وإعداد التقارير (PPU، FO1، وما إلى ذلك) حسب الحاجة
- تنسيق المقاولين الخارجيين الذين يقومون بأعمال في المصنع
- ضمان التسليم السليم لمهام/أنشطة المناوبة إلى المناوبة التالية
- حضور اجتماع السلامة الشهري
- المسؤول عن فحص معدات السلامة في المصنع حسب الحاجة
- حماية البيئة والعمل على أساس نظيف وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها في جميع الأوقات
