Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Planning:- Lead the logistics training team to identify future and current training needs
- Conduct job analysis, gather insights from line managers, and assess performance reviews to design impactful training roadmaps
Program Development & Deployment:
- Design and implement structured training plans tailored to team roles and business goals
- Utilize diverse learning formats such as mentoring, coaching, on-the-job learning, e-learning, workshops, and hands-on simulations
Training Evaluation & Reporting:
- Monitor training effectiveness through measurable KPIs and ROI analysis
- Provide regular updates and feedback reports to leadership
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the training budget efficiently to maximize impact while ensuring cost control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with operational priorities
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in training, learning & development, preferably in logistics or operations-heavy environments
- Proven track record of managing training programs from design to delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Familiarity with learning platforms, LMS systems, and blended training strategies
- Analytical mindset to evaluate training performance and improve content
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

- استخدام أشكال التعلم المتنوعة مثل الإرشاد والتدريب والتعلم أثناء العمل والتعلم الإلكتروني وورش العمل والمحاكاة العملية
تقييم التدريب وإعداد التقارير :
- مراقبة فعالية التدريب من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية القابلة للقياس وتحليل العائد على الاستثمار
- توفير تحديثات منتظمة وتقارير ردود الفعل للقيادة
إدارة الميزانية والموارد :
- إدارة ميزانية التدريب بكفاءة لتحقيق أقصى قدر من التأثير مع ضمان التحكم في التكاليف
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لمواءمة مبادرات التدريب مع الأولويات التشغيلية
المؤهلات
- أكثر من 4 سنوات من الخبرة في التدريب والتعلم والتطوير، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئات الخدمات اللوجستية أو العمليات المكثفة
- سجل حافل في إدارة برامج التدريب من التصميم إلى التسليم
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والتدريب
- المعرفة بمنصات التعلم وأنظمة إدارة التعلم واستراتيجيات التدريب المختلط
- العقلية التحليلية لتقييم أداء التدريب وتحسين المحتوى
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
