Store Executive
Details
We are hiring a full-time Store Executive to manage the end-to-end process of receiving, verifying, and documenting IT equipment deliveries. This role requires close coordination with internal departments and vendors to ensure every item delivered is accounted for and meets technical and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming IT hardware and software (e.g. laptops, desktops, networking equipment)

Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all deliveries

Match received items with purchase orders in quantity, configuration, and warranty
-
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to procurement and IT departments
-
Keep accurate records in the ERP or asset management system

Share GRNs with the finance/procurement team for invoice reconciliation

Coordinate with vendors, IT support, and procurement teams for deliveries and replacements
-
Assist in basic quality checks, including powering on devices and verifying specs

Monitor stock levels of IT consumables and ensure timely replenishment
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

1–3 years of experience in inventory or asset management, preferably in the IT sector

Good knowledge of IT hardware specifications and software licenses
-
Proficient in MS Excel and good documentation practices

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

نقوم بتعيين موظف بدوام كامل لإدارة استلام وفحص وتوثيق المعدات والبرمجيات التقنية. يتطلب هذا الدور تنسيقاً فعالاً مع فرق الشراء والدعم الفني والموردين لضمان استلام المنتجات بشكل دقيق ومطابق للمواصفات.
المسؤوليات

استلام وفحص المعدات التقنية (لابتوبات، أجهزة مكتبية، أجهزة شبكات...)

إعداد وتوثيق إشعارات استلام البضائع (GRNs) لجميع عمليات التسليم
-
التأكد من تطابق المنتجات المستلمة مع أوامر الشراء من حيث الكمية والموديل والمواصفات
-
الإبلاغ عن أي نقص أو تلف أو عدم تطابق مع الأقسام المعنية
-
تسجيل جميع الأصول المستلمة بشكل دقيق في نظام إدارة الأصول أو ERP
-
مشاركة GRNs مع قسم المالية والمشتريات لتسهيل عمليات الدفع
-
تنسيق عمليات التسليم والاستبدال مع الموردين والدعم الفني
-
دعم اختبارات الجودة الأساسية، مثل تشغيل الأجهزة وفحص الوظائف الأولية
-
مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتأكد من توفر المواد الاستهلاكية المهمة
الشروط

شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو اللوجستيات، أو إدارة سلاسل التوريد أو مجال مشابه
-
خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في إدارة المخزون أو الأصول ويفضل في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات

معرفة جيدة بمواصفات الأجهزة التقنية وأنواع تراخيص البرامج

إجادة استخدام برنامج Excel ومهارات التوثيق والتنظيم

مهارات قوية في التواصل والانتباه للتفاصيل
