We are currently hiring in Kuwait for the position of Product Specialist – Immunology, within the Innovative Medicine division at Johnson & Johnson.

Responsibilities

• Promote registered immunology products to physicians, pharmacists, and key decision makers in both public and private healthcare institutions

• Increase market share and product awareness through strategic planning

• Meet sales targets while complying with all company and HCC policies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

• Segment and approach target customers with appropriate tools and services

• Keep up-to-date with clinical data and market developments

• Present scientific data through face-to-face interactions and group presentations

• Build strong, sustainable relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals

• Organize promotional and educational events

• Ensure timely reporting of Adverse Events and product quality complaints as per guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Kuwait

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a scientific field

• Experience in immunology is a plus

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and ethical business conduct
