This role involves end-to-end responsibility for maintenance execution, ensuring SLA compliance, driving performance optimization, and managing a field-based technical team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 7 years in telecom/infrastructure maintenance, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, planning, and stakeholder communication.
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic.

تبحث شركة Digitus_Group عن مدير ما قبل البيع لقيادة عمليات الصيانة الخطية الأولى (FLM) ضمن مشاريع اتصالات وبنية تحتية حيوية في الكويت.
ستتولى المسؤولية الكاملة عن تنفيذ عمليات الصيانة، وضمان الالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة، وتحسين الأداء، وإدارة فريق تقني ميداني محترف.
الشروط
المؤهل: بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية (الماجستير ميزة إضافية).
الخبرة: لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال صيانة الاتصالات أو البنية التحتية، منها سنتان في منصب قيادي.
الشهادات: شهادة PMP شرط أساسي.
المهارات: قيادة فعالة، اتخاذ القرار، التخطيط، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
اللغة: إتقان تام للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
