Field Service Representative Site Lead

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• Prior experience with U.S. Military force protection systems (preferably Joint Portal Shield)

• Experience maintaining chemical/biological detection systems

• Supervisory experience with CLS on CBRN force protection systems

• Diagnostic and repair experience with electronics, wiring, LRUs

• Familiarity with Maximo or similar maintenance management software

• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite

• Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects and travel long-term

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a CLS team supporting Joint Portal Shield (JPS) systems

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and supply logistics

• Execute field-level and sustainment-level maintenance

• Respond to THREATCON Delta alerts during exercises and high-level visits

• Conduct system modifications, software upgrades, and security patches

• Maintain supply chain records and equipment inventories

• Collaborate with CBRNE and emergency teams to ensure preparedness

• Strong background with chemical/biological defense systems

• Experience with Joint Portal Shield Systems

• Ability to supervise CLS operations

• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems

• Familiarity with Maximo or equivalent software

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be physically fit and able to travel for extended durations

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee logistics, maintenance, and operational support for JPS systems

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and upgrade electronic equipment

• Apply urgent Modification Work Orders (MWOs)

• Maintain preventive maintenance cycles and supply tracking

• Coordinate field activities and emergency readiness in collaboration with on-base responders

• Record all maintenance data and maintain high standards of readiness and efficiency
