Position: Intermediary for Supplying Power Plant Spare Parts
Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual to act as an intermediary between spare part manufacturers and power plants, specializing in the supply of materials and spare parts for power plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and commercial background, with experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of power plant systems and components such as turbines, generators, electrical systems, and control systems.
Professional Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in material supply or spare parts for power plants or factories.
- Experience working with energy companies, power plants, or spare parts manufacturers.
- Proven experience in roles such as intermediary, sales manager, procurement coordinator, or logistics coordinator.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Advanced understanding of spare parts specifications and power plant requirements.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals for spare parts.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards related to spare parts supply.
Commercial and Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
Organizational and Managerial Skills:
- Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate logistics for shipping and storage.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), as well as the language of the country of operation.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in sourcing and supplying power plant spare parts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

الوظيفة: وسيط لتوريد قطع غيار لمحطات توليد الطاقة
نظرة عامة عن الوظيفة:
نبحث عن فرد مؤهل للعمل كوسيط بين مصنعي قطع الغيار ومحطات الطاقة، متخصص في توريد المواد وقطع الغيار لمحطات توليد الطاقة. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخلفية تقنية وتجارية قوية وخبرة في قطاع الطاقة والتصنيع.
المؤهلات:
المؤهل العلمي:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكهربائية، الهندسة الصناعية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة ومكونات محطات الطاقة مثل التوربينات، المولدات، الأنظمة الكهربائية، وأنظمة التحكم.
الخبرة المهنية:
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال توريد المواد أو قطع الغيار لمحطات الطاقة أو المصانع.
- خبرة في العمل مع شركات الطاقة أو محطات توليد الطاقة أو مصنعي قطع الغيار.
- خبرة مثبتة في أدوار مثل وسيط، مدير مبيعات، منسق مشتريات، أو منسق لوجستي.
المهارات والمعرفة التقنية:
- فهم متقدم لمواصفات قطع الغيار ومتطلبات محطات توليد الطاقة.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية والأدلة المتعلقة بقطع الغيار.
- معرفة بمعايير الجودة والسلامة المتعلقة بتوريد قطع الغيار.
المهارات التجارية ومهارات التفاوض:
- مهارات تفاوض قوية مع الموردين والعملاء.
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والموردين.
- فهم لعمليات إدارة العقود والمشتريات.
المهارات التنظيمية والإدارية:
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع مع القدرة على تنسيق اللوجستيات للشحن والتخزين.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت القوية مع القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والعمل تحت الضغط.
مهارات اللغة:
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) وكذلك لغة البلد الذي يعمل فيه.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- خبرة سابقة في شراء وتوريد قطع غيار محطات توليد الطاقة.
- مهارات تفاوض وتواصل قوية.
- الانتباه إلى التفاصيل والدقة في حفظ السجلات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
