Arabic Cuisine Restaurant Supervisor
What you will do:
- Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
- Conduct all opening procedures including unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and organizing service areas.
- Conduct all closing procedures at shift end.
- Supervise and oversee the Restaurant’s operation and ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
- Utilize the hotel’s computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing end-of-day revenue reports.
- Order the proper amount of supplies and products needed for the daily operation.
- Train the staff using the approved service standards.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high-end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
- Must have fluent level of English & Arabic languages, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

ما ستقوم به:
- جدولة الموظفين وإكمال سجلات الرواتب وفقًا للميزانية المحددة.

- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت ممتازة.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد أولويات العمل اليومي.
