Position: Sales and Cashier
Location: Al Kuwait
Our catering and food service company is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales and Cashier to join our team. This position is essential in ensuring a seamless transaction process while promoting our diverse menu offerings. As the face of our company, you will interact directly with customers and provide them with an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to effectively upsell to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Participate in training new staff members on cash handling and customer service protocols.
