Position: Residential Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:
We envision success in this role to include:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a residential property setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and related services (Civil, MEP, Electrical maintenance best practices, and regulatory requirements).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with a patient and composed demeanor.
- Driving License is a must.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey will include a minimum of 8 years of work experience, paired with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.

المؤهلات:
