Responsibilities:
1. Learn how to carry out repair work of Mechanical, Electrical, Welding or painting nature.
2. Learn how to carry out straight forward, medium repair work under general supervision of new trainee's supervisor in location and observe simple and small repairs by skilled tradesmen.
3. Learn how to disassemble, dismantle, and reassemble certain parts of engine, electrical systems under instructions and close supervision (On job training) extend to new technology.
4. Perform simple duties of normal nature with regard to experience level in any one of the assigned areas of trade specialization.
5. Perform other related duties as instructed workshop manager / Workshop Supervisor.
6. Comply with the group's standard for housekeeping, personal safety and appearance.
7. Receive training from training certified sources on advanced repair and maintenance methods whilst learning to use tools and equipment safety and effectively while in initial training or with introduction of new technology.
8. Learn and execute all Toyota Way and S.O.Ps.

Senior Lawyer, Legal Services (12782)
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements.
2. Review the local and overseas agreements / contracts on a regular basis.
3. Counsel the employees/managers on issues leading to legal implications.
4. Represent the Company in the Judiciary, Investigation Department, Court Experts and other Public Authorities on advice of the Group Manager, Legal Services.
5. Formulate Drafts of the company Agreements and Contracts, legal documents and acknowledgements.
6. Prepare and review the case files and submit it to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services for instituting court cases.
7. Monitor the court cases, review the status of pending cases and offer solutions for quick disposals, submit the case file to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services after the final judgment.
8. Review and follow up on the daily updates provided by the external lawyers and execution staff regarding Al Sayer Group legal cases.
9. Formulate and submit the report on pending issues or trials to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services.
10. Attend and represent the Company in all collection cases before all the prosecution departments in Kuwait.
11. Review and approve the credit approvals of sister companies.
12. Carry out all responsibilities as MR for QMS.

3. تعلم كيفية تفكيك وتفكيك وإعادة تجميع أجزاء معينة من المحرك والأنظمة الكهربائية تحت التعليمات والإشراف الدقيق (التدريب أثناء العمل) والتوسع في التكنولوجيا الجديدة.
4. أداء مهام بسيطة ذات طبيعة عادية فيما يتعلق بمستوى الخبرة في أي من مجالات التخصص التجاري المعينة.

2. مراجعة الاتفاقيات/العقود المحلية والخارجية بشكل منتظم.
3. تقديم المشورة للموظفين/المديرين بشأن القضايا التي تؤدي إلى آثار قانونية.
4. تمثيل الشركة أمام القضاء وإدارة التحقيق وخبراء المحكمة والسلطات العامة الأخرى بناءً على مشورة مدير المجموعة للخدمات القانونية.
5. صياغة مسودات اتفاقيات الشركة والعقود والوثائق القانونية والإقرارات.
6. إعداد ملفات القضايا ومراجعتها وتقديمها إلى مدير المجموعة الأول للخدمات القانونية لإقامة الدعاوى القضائية.
7. متابعة القضايا المعروضة على المحكمة ومراجعة حالة القضايا المعلقة واقتراح الحلول للتخلص منها بسرعة، وتسليم ملف القضية إلى مدير المجموعة الأول للخدمات القانونية بعد الحكم النهائي.
8. مراجعة ومتابعة التحديثات اليومية المقدمة من المحامين الخارجيين وموظفي التنفيذ فيما يتعلق بالقضايا القانونية لمجموعة الساير.
9. صياغة وتقديم التقرير بشأن القضايا أو المحاكمات المعلقة إلى مدير المجموعة الأول للخدمات القانونية.
10. حضور وتمثيل الشركة في كافة قضايا التحصيل أمام كافة دوائر النيابة العامة في الكويت.
11. مراجعة واعتماد الموافقات الائتمانية للشركات الشقيقة.
12. تنفيذ جميع المسؤوليات كمدير تنفيذي لنظام إدارة الجودة.
