Corporate Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and corporate structuring.
- Oversee legal risk management for clients in multiple industries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
- Proven track record of managing complex corporate cases and client relationships.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

- معرفة واسعة بالمعاملات التجارية، الامتثال التنظيمي، وقانون العقود.
- سجل حافل في إدارة القضايا المعقدة والعلاقات مع العملاء.
- مهارات قيادية وقدرات تفاوضية قوية.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بشكل أساسي.
