Skills:
- Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Project Management:Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Leadership:Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Communication:Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Ability to prepare and present detailed project reports and proposals.
- Regulatory Knowledge:Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience:7-10 years of experience in civil project management.Demonstrated experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects, including concrete, finishing works, and infrastructure.
