- Build relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs
- Write and post job descriptions on social media and other platforms
- Utilize multiple recruiting sources to find quality candidates
- Screen resumes and manage the hiring process
- Maintain a database of candidates, both active and passive
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Ready to join immediately
- Bilingual (English & Arabic)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Proven interview experience (phone, video, in-person)
