Job Description
We are seeking to hire Sales Representatives who are enthusiastic about the high-performance automotive parts industry and eager to join a dynamic and growing company.
Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries and drive sales.

Manage the full sales process from quotations and sales orders to invoicing.

Identify customer needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Negotiate and close deals while handling objections or complaints.

Meet and exceed allocated sales targets.

Evaluate customer requirements and discover new selling opportunities.

Handle warranty claims with professionalism.

Assign installation tasks to the Mechanics team and follow up on job cards.
Requirements

Basic knowledge in the automotive field

Native Arabic speaker

Proficient in spoken and written English

Computer literacy is essential

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales or Customer Service

Immediate joining preferred

Must hold a transferable Article 18 visa

نبحث عن ممثلي مبيعات متحمسين لصناعة قطع غيار السيارات عالية الأداء، ويملكون الحماس للعمل في بيئة نشطة وسريعة النمو.
المهام
-
مساعدة العملاء في الاستفسارات حول المنتجات وتحقيق المبيعات.
-
إدارة دورة المبيعات كاملة من التسعير وحتى إصدار الفواتير.
-
تحديد احتياجات العملاء وضمان رضاهم.
-
التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات والتعامل مع الاعتراضات أو الشكاوى.
-
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة.
-
اكتشاف فرص بيع جديدة بناءً على احتياجات العملاء.

التعامل مع مطالبات الضمان بشكل مهني.
-
تنسيق أعمال التركيب مع فريق الميكانيكيين ومتابعة بطاقات العمل.
